Design Goal: Connect two existing but neglected gardens with a 100’ woodland border.
Truckloads of exotic invasives threatening mature sugar maples and Ash were removed.
Large colonies of native Sanguinaria candensis, Forget-Me-Nots and Cornus florida were preserved.
New native shrubs, perennials, & 2,000 bulbs complete the planting.
A quiet oasis is created in a former village roadside tangle.
